Getting back to normal.

I had a lazy day yesterday, spent most of it sleeping. It was a beautiful day and it was so nice to get out in the garden and just sit in the sun feeling the warmth of the rays on my face.
Kieran is back to school tomorrow, this is his last year at school, it has come round so fast. It doesn't seem that long ago I had come back from Germany in July 2008 after having treatment there and I was thinking about how proud I was to see him got to senior school.
Now, here I am, sat here and writing about him leaving school and moving onto college. I feel so very blessed and looked after, I am sure my dad is surrounding me every day.
I am feeling a little brighter today, my "stuff monitor" will be proud of me this morning .... and we will say no more about that : )
I am so very proud of my children, they are my fire, my strength, I know I say it all the time. With out them I don't think I would have as much fight as I do.

Siobhan's Queen Chrysalis model.
This is the cartoon of Queen Chrysalis from the My little pony cartoon series. I believe there isn't a model or pony collectable of her yet but don't quote me on that as I know nothing at all about my little pony!
This is Siobhan's customised pony of Queen Chrysalis, it sold for £205, all proceeds to charity.

Siobhan did very well with a pony she customised, she put it up on an auction site to raise money for a charity organised by the Ponycon 2012 event this year, She raised £205, I am so proud of her and what she has achieved with all that has been going on the last 6 years.

We have all had a lot to deal with. We have had to come to terms with losing our wonderful dad and grand dad and then to be diagnosed with mesothelioma 3 months after he died, I am amazed by her.
