Relaxing couple of days.

Monday I had a quiet day, I didn't get dressed until I had had a relaxing bath, that was around midday. this will please my lovely Aunties, Mavis, Jan and Rose : )
Tuesdat was about the same, a relaxing morning, I went out to lunch with Siobhan, we haven't done that for a such a long time. I can't remember the last time we went out together, on our own.
After lunch we had a potter around the charity shops. No bargains today.

Today I was up a ready to go as there was a South West Mesothelioma Support Group meeting. What a lively meeting it was, very positive, Kate, the specialist lung nurse, had my report of the 7th Mesothelioma UK patient and carer day conference. I had copied it of for her but she had it already, Bill, my lovely warrior friend had beat me to it : ) ....... Great minds think alike.
It was decided that Siobhan's logo would be the new one for the group, she has to put the "South West Mesothelioma Support Group name on it as it still has my new charities name at the moment. Richard and I chose a different logo and it was a shame to waste this one.
Kate informed us all the she had bought 2 nebulisers after talking to St Lukes Hospice and asking them what they needed. So these 2 will go to St Lukes and will be used for lung cancer patients. They will have the logo put on them, There is also a wheel chair in the clinics, one has been bought by the group, the logo will be going on that too. I am so proud of my girl, she is so talented and the logo doesn't need any words to say what it is about, it is self explanatory.

Siobhan's design for the support group.

This is the finished article.

Tomorrow I think I am having lunch with Ann and Bill. A lovely couple who have been really kind to me as I go through my chemo. I am trying to rest as much as possible, I promise you my Aunties : )
